Both can be charged. Driver one: running a red light and colliding. Driver two: operating without a drivers license. (personal opinion: Driver one's insurance company is going to have to pay.)

If driver A runs a red light but driver B has no driver license but stays at the scene of the accident and both get traffic violations who is at fault?

The person who caused the collision is at fault. If someone ran a red light he/she gets the points on his/her license and his insurance gets to pay the damage. The unlicensed driver just gets the ticket to force him/her to get a license.

Is the driver who hits another from the rear always at fault?

No. For example if a driver stops at green light and the driver to his rear hits him, it is the driver in front's fault.

Is the driver at fault if he ran a red light?

Who's at fault if driver a is approaching a yellow light and realizes they will not make it through and suddenly stops and is rear ended by driver b who thought driver a was going to try to make it?

It is driver B's fault because you now that driver A should stop because other cars are already driving so he should of stopped instead of you keep going

What happens if you have no auto insurance and a suspended license your sitting at red light and a car slams into the back of you and there is damage to your car driver admits its his fault?

You should have insurance whether it is your fault or not.

You were involved in auto accident where the other driver ran the red light because an ambulance was behind her you were going in opposite direction and you had the green light is she at fault?

Technically a driver is not allowed to break any traffic laws to get out of the way of an ambulance, as such she should not have run the red light. If the ambulance had its lights and sirens on, then you are both at fault since you both should have pulled over.

Who is at fault if you are rear ended?

It depends on the situation. If you stoped short and got rear ended it is your fault. But if you stoped becasue the driver in front of you stoped then it is that persons fault. If you are sitting at a stop light and get rear ended it is there fault. If you are parked in a parking zone and get rear ended it is there fault. Hope this Helped

Who is at fault when a driver slides on ice and hits a car stopped at a light?

The driver that slid on the ice of course, because although it was an accident, the driver at the stoplight was doing nothing wrong, while the one on ice slid into him/her.

If an uninsured unlicensed driver runs a red light can they sue?

Of course, simply because we have an ordinance or what we call law about the traffic light. technically, we must follow the rules and regulations so that it would fair enough with some citizen in following such rules.....

If a driver of a truck towing a camper that exceeds the truck manual's towing rating is involved in an accident is the truck driver at fault?

If he was at fault, regardless of whether he was pulling a camper or not, he would be responsible. Pulling a camper doesnt make you responsible for an accident if that was the only thing you did wrong. If someone rear-ended him, its their fault, if he rear ended someone or ran a red light, then yes, its his fault.
