I am not able to fully understand your question. However, in it you say, dangeoursly I think, "Mexican race". Who told you such a lie? There is no thing as a "Mexican race". Mexicans, as many other Latin American inhabitants are European and early American descendents, with the sole exception of a South American country. In that country its citicenz descend from ships.

I don't know what the above paragraph is talking about, but Hispanics or latinos in general are a mix of native (indigenous people), europeans (particularly spanish) and others including Arabs and africans. Cuban, PRs, and others from islands may be more mixed that central or south Americans due to more people travelling there throughout history. So Mexican is a nationality, not a race. Latino or hispanic is the race, but a race make from the mixing of other races, in particular spanish and native. And don't forget about the portuguese ancestory in Brazil. It's complicated.

Did the Mexican Americans colonized or immigrate to America?

First, It is good to rephrase the question because stating it this way might cause you to loose points on future assignments. Are Mexicans in the United States of America because they immigrated or colonized America? It is important to remember that they colonization means that they forcefully took ownership of the land in which they live and preserve. Seeing that the land was colonized by those of European descent. This being said, Mexicans did not colonize the United States, they came into the scene after the fact. The assignment you are to complete that has you ask this question, is not referring to Mexico's early involvement in Texas. It is referring to the presence of Mexico in the United States as a whole. Finally, these people left Mexico in hopes that the United States would serve as a better home and workplace then their previous arangements. This being said, the Mexican presence in the United States is directly the result of the immigration of the Mexican people to the United States.

How did the segregation of Mexican Americans differ from the segregation of African Americans?

The challenges and opportunities for Mexicans in the united states differed from those for African Americans because Mexicans looked like whites. They could live, work, and had semi- equal rights. The struggles were they had to over come a language barrier, there had become more racism and Stereotyping. Also, they had left family and if they were illegally caught, they'd be sent back to Mexico thus providing no income.

Do British hate Mexicans?

NO.In my experience, Americans do not hate Mexicans at all. The problem that most people have is with illegal immigration. It just so happens that most of the illegal immigrants happen to be Mexican. Why should they, Mexicans are Americans, it would be a case of self hate.Yes.Yes, because if they didn't they wouldn't be putting all the immigration laws. Also Americans don't understand that Mexicans live in Mexico, that is one of the worst place to live in. Mexico is bad. I'm Mexican so I know (don't live in Mexico though I live in America). My cousins and aunt moved to Mexico about 3 weeks before I wrote this and this caused me and my family to cry day and night. Americans make Mexican families suffer. In a way I understand why they put immigration laws, but it doesn't matter they are putting the laws because they want MEXICANS out.
