No. Many people can have sensitive teeth. Use the toothpaste "Sensodyne". It takes a couple of weeks, but it helps. Heat, cold can cause your the gums/teeth to ache in some people. It's best to have at least a yearly dental check-up. If your teeth are sensitive to cold or hot only, it may be a cavity or it maybe receding gums or many other things. If your teeth are sensitive to sweets, including chocolate, there are good chances that there is a cavity and it is best to have it checked.
