NO WAY DUDE
Not legally.
Your girlfriend entered legally but now she is illegal What is the process now?"
Yes, a person who entered the country legally may adjust status from within the US. If the person leaves the country before the process is complete,
Can you legally tow a vehicle on a trailre to another state if the vehicle being towed has and expired tag? I don't want the states pulling me over for this and don't know about this. Don't want to renew the plates only to have to renew them again when I get to Arizona. Thanks, Gene.
Why not just go back to your country, go through the process legally and then you don't have to worry about it.
Some states require you to turn it in, others have no such requirement. Either way - you cannot legally drive on an expired tag regardless.
Legally, an expired driver's license is no longer a valid form of ID. However, most bouncers at clubs are looking at the date of birth and the picture to see if it is you. There is a chance the bouncer will not notice the license is expired.
I am in Virginia and my license plate tags expired in November. How do I drive back home legally?
Not legally. You can do anything but that doesn't mean you won't get in trouble for it if a cop catches you.
Not if you are either a resident or already entered the country legally.
It depends. Some areas will give you a leeway of two weeks, but more often than not, you cannot drive with an expired license legally.
