The first half of the alphabet includes A to M. Written backwards these letters would be:
I'm not sure I understand "7th to the left of the 10th letter counting from your end". That sounds like the count would start at "A" since it is the "end" in the reverse order... which if true, would be the same as starting from A and counting 10 over then subtracting 3 letters... or have I missed your point?

There are many differences. Here are a few: Arabic letters are connected. Latin letters are not. Arabic is written right-to-left. Latin is written left-to-write. The Arabic alphabet has no vowels. Latin does.

There is no alphabet in the Chinese language, unlike English or even Korean or Japanese (and even Korean and Japanese have no set order for their 'alphabet'), as Chinese language is simply written with different strokes put together. You might find websites that give you the way English alphabets might be written in Chinese, phonetic-wise, but that is only how we would pronounce English alphabets in Chinese phonetically, and not the Chinese alphabet. :)
