I believe that one uses a circuit breaker located under the hood within the fuse box. Usually if you look one of the other circuit breakers can be substituted momentarily to test the circuit.GM cars and trucks have a track record of bad fuel pumps. Let me know if this helps you. Mark

it could be the horn relay fuse located in the engine department with the other fuses.

Could be your crank sensor. These are very common to fail on these cars.
Probably a fuse. I didn't think they were on the same circuit but they could be. check that first.

The speedometer is controlled by the speed sensor and it also sends signals to the transmission on when to shift so your problems could be related. The speed sensor is easy to replace and is located on the transmission.
Pads or shoes worn beyond usable. Replace pads and rotors or shoes and drums as needed.
