That means that your indicator relay is faulty and will need to be replaced. It is located underneath your dash board, up to the right of the steering column. i have just replaced mine and it is hard to find but it is a small box approx. 3 cm square and has a connector with 3 pins attached to it. the bulbs which run the indicators are probably burned out. i would probably try to find bulbs before removing instrument cluster. bulbs may be hard to find. save yourself a project

Most of the cars now have composite lights and the lights have to be revomed to replace the bulbs.
There is a wire harness. The bulbs tend to go out.
Check the bulbs. You may have one installed incorrectly.

you have to open the hatch, take all the plastic interior apart, just to get to your bulbs. its a pain.

You have to go inside the trunk and remove the circular plastic covers from behind the lights. Then you have to unscrew the entire light and you can access the bulbs to replace them.
My Suburban doesn't have bulbs...they are LED lights. Newer models have bulbs. If your fuse inside the drivers' side panel is ok, your lights probably have to be replaced if it's not in the wiring. I checked at the dealership today...a wonderful 258.00! So, to answer your question, mine doesn't have bulbs...
