the bulbs which run the indicators are probably burned out. i would probably try to find bulbs before removing instrument cluster. bulbs may be hard to find. save yourself a project
Fiat do not issue torque settings for a punto they use angles so that you can snap your stretch bolts! after contacting fiat and haynes neither of them would give proper torque settings, so i delved into my many tech manuals on fiat fire engines which is what is in your punto and i have successfully changed many fiat punto head gaskets using the following torque settings: stage 1 starting from the centre head bolts tighten to 33nm: stage 2:65nm and finally stage 3: 96nm these torque settings work fine and will probably save you buying new head bolts.

A pipe inside the rear hatch has diconnected, simply remove the plastic inner panel inside the hatch and reconnect
Check the fuse box(es) for a burnt fuse. Also, check to see if the front indicators work - if not, the flasher unit probably needs to be replaced.

I have asked a similar question.Ive checked the bulbs and the fuse and they are fine. There is a brake light plunger type switch attached to the upper part of the brake pedal but i havent been able to locate it yet.Its awarkward lying on your back with a torch trying to find it.
was changing number plate bulb when the side lights on the drivers side front and back don't work brake lights indicators fog all work main beam at front works just no side lights
Not sure seeing as the left one works but on mine neither work if the wheel isn't turned the right way, its kinda annoying, and they flick off too early, like if im going around a roundabout, i have to hold them in til they click again. So anyway, maybe the wheel isn't turned the right way.
Fuses for the indicators are in a panel on end of dashboard by drivers door.
42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot.
it means that one of the indicator blubs have blu which causes them to flash quickly
