If the manual window handle turns freely but the glass does not go up is this something you can fix yourself with basic tools?

Its probably the window regulator inside the door. Most of them have nylon gears which get brittle and break. You can get to it by removing the interior door panel. From there you should be able to determine how hard it is to get it out.

The spare tire is under the bed of the truck, as you already know. You will need the handle for the factory jack. There should be a hole in the rear bumper. Slide the jack and the extention handle through the hole. You should be able to spin the handle and lower the spare tire to the ground. Make sure the give yourself enough slack to get the holder out from inside the spare tire rim.

I would say no, not unless it has a handle or something, even then i am not sure. You have to have a battery with just a little bit of juice in it to roll start a manual transmission car. Just enough to fire the spark plugs and that takes very little. Only manual transmissions can be roll started not automatics.

I'm assuming you are talking about the interior handle possibly the manual window handle. If so, you need to push on the area surrounding the handle to expose a small clip. use a standard screw driver to push the horsehoe looking clip to remove the manual window handle. To remove the arm rest there are two hex screws on either side..they are somewhat hard to find. You can then take steps to remove the inner door moulding.
