JUST CALL AN ATTORNEY. You are not the first this has happened to. It also happened in MS. in the last 3 yrs.
You have one heck of a lawsuit. No, they can't chase you down and run you off the road....aggressive driver, road rage, harassment, endangerment, etc. If you are being chase down by an aggressive tow guy, use your cell, call the police, stay on the line with them to update your location. The police will respond ASAP and will arrest the tow driver. This has happened. Tow guy found guilty, paid huge fines and spent 30 days in jail. Civil suit filed by the woman and won.
I don't mean to be insensitive, but if you were pregnant why in the world would you jeopardize your unborn child's health and your own by getting into a car chase? The repo man may have been somewhat in the wrong, but more than likely he didn't know you were pregnant. Don't you think some of the responsibility falls on the person with the unborn child?
