If the windows of your 1996 Mercury Sable fog up with antifreeze moisture but the heat still works is this a bad heater core or poor drainage or something else?

this is an indicator that the heater core has a small leak. there should be absolutly no anifreeze moisture in the car. your heater core is bad , sorry
