There is a chance, but I'm afraid it's not likely. Most women have reached their full height at 17, men at 20. But don't be ashamed of your height, you're just fun-sized, like those little candy's! And there is nothing I have heard of to make you taller. Sorry, but you have to make the best of what you've got!
Probably you are not growing because you are not eating right. If you are under-eating that can affect your growth. Drink more milk, at least try to drink a cup each day. Also take multivitamins and calcium vitamins. Eat more proteins and less simple carbohydrates. If you eat white bread switch to whole-wheat bread. Do not forget to eat your veggies and fruits. Do not eat fast foods or junk food. Also, you need to exercise, go to the gym, jog, run, or swim. And, lastly do not smoke or do drugs. My doctor told me that girls can still grow until they are 21, so yeah, I think you still have a chance to grow but only if you change your lifestyle :)
