A healthy way to loose weight is to loose about 1-2 lbs a week which would mean that you might loose those 20 in about 20 weeks- probably less.

Also another way to look at it is that 3,500 calories burned = 1 lb of fat. so if you just take your caloric intake down 500 calories a day every day of the week you will be loosing 1 lb a week...

In all honesty though if you are 12 you probably will just loose it once you start growing. Dont obsess over a perfect weight and just focus on being healthy!
