You can always ask the court's permission, that doesn't mean it'll be granted though. A pregnancy is not an automatic guarantee that approval will be given, especially if your parents object to the marriage.

Can you go anywhere and get married if you are 15 and have your parents' permission?

Even with your parents permission the courts will decide if you can be married and usually the courts rule against it because you are too young to get married. Please don't rush into marriage even if you are pregnant. You have so much of life ahead of you and I can guarantee you that you will regret this decision down the road. While all your friends go to school, graduate and either travel, have a career in a special area or work, you will not be in the same circle as your friends. Please think about all this.

In Ohio, you need to apply for a marriage license at the clerk of courts office. The officiant of the ceremony needs to fill out the license and you need to submit it to the clerk of courts for filing. * If the couple were legally married in Las Vegas they are legally married in Ohio.
