In the US, by having a child, the teenager is legally emancipated from her parents. Therefore, she is free to move out at any point in time given she can prove that she can provide for the child. If her parents chose to take her to court, she may lose custody of the child if there is not a substanial method of income, shelter, food, clothing all the basic neccessities. If she were to move out, she would have to become an adult and do everything that an adult would do.
