Nope, the only thing that will change when you turn 18 is that you will go to jail rather than going to juvi.
no it stays with you until you are arrested or you take care of it. You can't get a licens either until you handle it
No. If you are a juvenile it is not called a warrant anyway, it's a Juvenile Petition. When you turn 18 it will not " go away" until it is hear in front of a Judge. So no it will not go away
A warrant may be issued for your arrest. It will not go away until you are arrested.
There would probably still be a warrant for your arrest on the violation of probation.
At 17 years old you are a minor and running away to another state means you are a run away and the law can arrest you and return you home. You can leave home at 18 when you are an adult.
You can not put an adult in a juvenile facility! And in Florida, when you turn 18, you are considered an adult. Juvenile records are sealed. The juvenile warrant won't go away for 7 years. (Florida statute of limitations) However, a juvenile warrant will not become an adult warrant just because they child turns 18.
Yes, it will.
yes, a warrant is a warrant.
Depending on the type and seriousness of the offense, it is possible. You would have to check further with the juvenile authorities and be more specific with the information on what the warrant was for.
Yes. A violation of parole means that you never completed the terms of your sentence. Therefore, you are a fugitive from justice and subject to arrest.
once you turn 18 everyone forgets about it..have a great life & move on
It isn't a "court fine"; It's a truancy ticket. In late 1998 through 1999 my daughter would skip West Allis high schools. I don't recall what each ticket was, but I do know that there was no "cap". By 2000, the 18 year old owed over $5,000.00 and there was a warrant out for her arrest. (Because she was 18 the warrant was for her, not me.)
No, you can not run away in Kentucky at the age of 17. You can legally leave home in Kentucky at the age of 18.
