If you are 2 days overdue and are not in labor yet and your first delivery was normal will you have a normal labor or will you have to be induced?

2 days after dates is not really overdue. If all is well you should have at least another week before you need think about induction. If the baby is about the same size and you are healthy and your last labor was normal you will probably have another normal labor.

Every one of your births will be different. From the size of your baby to the labour, pain relief and everything else. Just don't worry, that is the most important thing. Your baby will pop out when it is ready. There is every chance that you could have another perfect labour, or you could be induced or even have to have a caesarean. ANSWERAll pregnancies, labors & births are different. I do suggest you not be medically induced unless your baby is experiencing distress. I am a Doula and in my opinion drug induction is one of the worst things you can do to you & your baby. There are LOTS of natural ways to induce yourself & you can even get a Doula or an acupuncturist to induce you.
