In order to lose weight you will need to run at least 4 times a week - vary your times to a fast half hour and and medium paced 40 mins. If running outside try varying your route. Your body gets used to the same excercise so variation is the key. If you are 126 lbs and 5 ft 3" tall you are bang in the middle of the "Normal" weight range according to a BMI calculation. You can go down to 105 lbs and still be in the "normal" weight range. To lose 21 lbs sensibly, you should learn more about sensible weight loss.
