Sports drink
3 litres a day! or more if you are exercising.
Exercising at least one hour (not more) is good for Rumtoised Arthritis
The reccomended time for excercising a day is 1 hour, so you should be excercising 7 hours or more a week.
Here's the break down of when to drink water and when to drink sports drinks: You should drink water when you are exercising for less than an hour. Your body needs hydration to replace the sweat loss, and water is the best thing for you. Sports drinks (like Gatorade, Propel, Powerade, etc.) should be drunken when exercising for more than an hour. At that point, your body needs the carbohydrates and electrolytes that most sports drinks contain in order to continue working at a high level. Overall: Drink Sports Drinks more often than water, but you should drink water along with Sports Drinks because Water keeps you hydrated, and Sports Drinks give you what's necessary to keep exercising.
Plain water will get you a long way. If you're sweating excessively you might want to consider some sort of isotonic sports drink as well. Why? well when your breathing picks up and you begin to sweat you will also lose fluids. This will affect your performance and eventually lead to headaches, cramps and whatnot.
You SHOULD be exercising 3 times a week for 30 minutes (this is a minimum). An hour a day is more realistic to see benefits.
You should drink water because if you don't drink enough water you can die
no just have more sex =]
Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day, more if you are exercising.
That will depend on what you are drinking and how much you weigh. Typically, most people should not have more than 1 drink an hour to stay legal. That does not mean that you are not impaired.
Getting a drink at a bar for half price. If you mean on habbo then happy hour is when you stay on for an hour or more.
i believe that both would help maintain homeostasis but the energy drink would give you more endurance
