no just have more sex =]
I have had the same issue. I have officially hit 1 week since my period was suppose to start. My gynecologist stated it could be due to my increase of exercise, because testosterone builds up and estrogen is lower, so a woman will miss her period. I quit exercising in hopes of bringing my period back. No luck yet :( My question is similar. Should I continue exercising, since I want to have exercise in my daily routine, but will it continue to keep my period at bay? Or will my estrogen catch up to my testosterone levels of exercise?
no, just as long as you dont over eat during this period of time.
No, your muscles will decrease in size when you stop exercising. Google muscle catabolism
No. However there are some women who participate in rigorous activity that their period almost diminishes except it will be there the moment they stop their activity.
As you get older your metabolism gets slower, if you were to stop exercising then your hunger should also go down, this will mean that your metab will be working just as well, you just won't need as much food as you would have done while exercising.
You should slow down and unwind after exercising before total rest. Do some stretches or slow down heart rate by slowing down on the exersise. Don't just stop all at once and rest completely.
Hold it in. (:
You can stop worrying about exams if you study well. With the confidence of knowing, the worry disappears.
