I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM; IN MY CASE IT TURNED OUT TO BE A CLOGGED FILTER. TO FIX IT I REMOVED THE WHEEL, THEN THE FRONT SECTION OF THE WHEEL ARCH LINER, THERE WERE TWO SCREWS UNDERNEATH SECURING THE LINER TO THE BUMPER AND A BOLT SECURING IT TO THE GABLE, WITH A ROBUST JIGGLE IT CAME LOOSE, THE PUMP WAS FITTED TO THE SIDE OF THE RESERVOIR (NO SCREWS OR CLIPS) IT COULD BE PRISED LOOSE, I CLEANED THE FILTER, THE GASKET, THE SUMP, AND THE RESERVOIR BOTTLE, AFTER REASSEMBLY YOU MIGHT RUN THE PUMP FOR A MINUTE OR TWO, THEN INSPECT IT AGAIN TO SEE IF ANY FURTHER DEBRIS IS COLLECTING ON THE FILTER.
