I would assume that since the fake tan was desired while the person was alive, it would not be taken off. Using chemicals to take it off could be done but may damage the skin.
Yes you can put fake tan on your hands. You can fake tan almost everywhere with body fake tan. But use facial fake tan for the face and neck.
Sun protection and fake tan There are a lot of myths and questions around whether or not wearing.
yes but only after the tattoo has stopped scabbing or peeling&& has grown it's first layer of skin back. (usually three to four weeks.) even then, use sunscreen to protect from fading.
If you die with a fake tan it will not last. The body will begin to decompose and the skin will fade and discolor.

Get a cotton bud and put some nail vanish remover on it. Then gently rub the skin over and over again. After you have done this take a quick shower and it'll be gone.

You can remove fake tan creams with baking soda, facial creams, or tooth paste.
Tan comes off a bit uneven particularly on your legs, If you get a reaction it will come on in the first few hours & go once you have showered. I suspect you didn't exfoliate well enough before applying &/or wore a moisturiser (which can act as barrier). If you truly are allergic to fake tan it will be the Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) in the tan, this is in all fake tans. http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20101120062301AAT1O21
