First, make sure that the hinge pin isn't worn and loose. Open the door and lift it up and let it down a few times to see if the hinge pin is loose. If it's loose, replace it. If not, lift HARD on the door. You can usually straighten a bent hinge that way. If that doesn't work, try a block or large screwdriver handle at the BOTTOM hinge, then close the door on the block hard enough to slightly bend the hinge back. Don't get carried away, it usually doesn't take much. It's typically trial and error, so keep checking it as you try to straighten the hinge.
To disasemble the door all you need to do is remove the little panel that covers the two bolts in the little handle in the door and then you need to take out the light on the left side of the inside of the door then you need to pull up on the door this will remove the door and then you need to find the cord that connects to the speaker and then disconnect and then you can connect the new one and just place it in the door like so!
no there is a little door under the back seat to access the fuel pump and filter
A person will typically need to check the fuse and rails on the sliding door of a 96 Ford Aerostar fan to see why the door drops after opening. If the door is out of its tracks or the bolts have become lose, it will often drop when operated.
On the right side of the panel, you need to open the right front door to see the fuses panel little door.
No door. You have to drop the tank.
If the pump is in the tank which i believe most are you would have to drop the tank out. there would be no way around it.
Inside the tailgate, under the little hatch-door, there is a hole in the carpet. You need to take part of the jack assembly and rotate the stud in that hole until the tire begins to drop to the ground outside. Might need to WD-40 the whole business if it has never been moved.

You need to drop the driveshaft out of the car on the drivers side. Once you do that you can get to it a little bit easier.
there is a little plunger switch where the door closes (between the hinges) that will need to be cleaned or replaced...
Usually the door is too heavy for the opener. With the opener disconnected, try lifting the door. A properly installed door should stay at any height as you raise it. If it wants to drop, the springs need to be tightened. The door could also be binding somewhere on the door stop or the track and over loading the opener.
