Depending on where on your foot you dropped it, it can heal slowly, as not all parts of the foot have great circulation (which is a good thing when you think about it, as feet often get cut). Ice it for now, an avoid aspirin (but ibuprofen is fine). If the not doesn't change for a week, or if you're having real trouble ambulating (or if the pain is intense), or if think you've damaged a joint in the foot, head for a doctor now. However, if it's a NO for all of those, expect this to take a little while, and even for new bruises to form up. Keep the limb elevated, do as little as possible that hurts you. Icepack 10 minutes on and 10 off -- a lot. You should see an improvement in 1 or 2 days. If it gets worse, or not better in a week, head over for an xray.
It would be best if you booked an appointment to see a qualified medical practitioner (a Doctor) for an examination and diagnosis/treatment.
Swelling should always be treated with COLD compress, not hot. But if the swelling persists or returns, see a doctor to find out what is causing it.

This could be a cause for concern especially if there is swelling or pain in the area. Check for any discoloration or soreness around the heel. If the pain persists or causes you to major discomfort, then call your physician.
I'm no doctor, but I'm a frequent needle user. In my opinion, you missed. I've never shot up meth, but i bang Oxycontin on a daily basis. First of all you shouldn't inject into your breast. Not sure why, but I've read it everywhere (along with neck and genitals). Anyway, in my experiences, swelling and soreness is due to missing the vein. I'd suggest rubbing it and eventually it should go away.

If you can eliminate both your shoes and socks as not causing the soreness-see your doctor asap as it may be a circulation problem - better safe than sorry
While swelling joints could be a sign of arthritis, there are many other conditions that could be indicated as well. I would suggest visiting a doctor who specializes in Sports Medicine to find out exactly what is causing the swelling in your right knee.

It depends on what is causing the swelling. This is why you need a doctor to diagnose the problem. Antibiotics may not be the appropriate treatment. They are only good for certain types of infections.
Make sure to stretch before and after exercise, it reduces the lactic acid in the muscles reducing soreness. If it's soreness from the rebuilding of muscle then it's fine but if it's soreness due to injury then don't exercise without consent of a doctor.
