Eating just those fods is not healthy. That can harm your body. The best way to lose weight is to exercise, and eat healthy.
What I have been doing for 3 weeks (and have lost about 8 pounds) is to blend a mixture of orange, tomato and carrot together and drink this as a smoothie. You can do other combinations such as mango, orange and kewi.
