All US states and possessions honor each other's requests for extraditon. I'm assuming that by Pontiac, you mean the State of Michigan. You don't say for what offense the warrant was issued. Ohio will notify Michigan that they have you and IF Michigan confirms that they will extradite you it can take as long as the legal process between the two states takes. If you fight extradition it will only take longer.
