It is easier to catch a cold just after getting over one, since your body is resting from trying to fight off the germs. A way to prevent getting a cold is to wash your hands a lot, and also try to get as much sleep as possible.

∙ 9y agoIf you already have a cold you can still catch a cold from someone else. Every cold virus is slightly different, and although you can't catch the same exact cold twice, if the other cold virus is not the same one you already have, you can catch the new strain.

How come you have a cold after only just getting rid of one from a month ago?
simply because there are hundreds of different strains of cold virus. viruses that causes colds are among the most active in terms of mutation hence it is really hard to control and monitor them. when you had a cold a month ago and had contracted again after recovery, the very reason for that is that you have been infected by a different type of cold virus.ever wondered why there are no drugs available in the market that really "cures" colds? simply because there are a lot of strains in existence and you cannot possibly have a "cure-all" medicine for all types of cold virus. :-)

If you have a sore throat, but no cold symptoms and you feel tired it could just be a cold. You may not have mono again but it is possible to get it twice.

Yes this is completely normal. When you first get your period it sometimes takes a while for it to become regular. You could go another 6 months with out your period. It is nothing to worry about, and it will come back.
