This is a somewhat difficult question. First of all, who's friendship do you value more, his or his sisters?? i am not saying you will have to choose between the two, but sometimes siblings are off limits...Talk to his sister first and see what she thinks. if she doesnt like the idea, you probably shouldn't go out, out of respect for her... but if she doesnt mind the idea, i say go for it!!
