∙ 12y agomaybe but get a test just to check it out, if u are congratulations. Lower abdominal cramps can also mean that you have diverticulitis or a badder infection. If you are a female it could mean a problem with your ovaries.
Lower abdominal cramps in women can mean a whole slue of possible problems. From minor to major, like Endometriosis or as simple and minor as constipation. It could be something completely unrelated to your reproductive system. It's best to see a physician and let him determine course of action, if anything. I wouldn't base my health conditions on this answer board alone. Rule of thumb, if you're in pain, go get checked out. It's always better to be safe then put it off and regret it later...

∙ 12y agoIt could be, if you are sexually active or it could be your period was just late and about to start. If your period is late you can use a Home Pregnancy Test or stop by Planned Parenthood for a test.
