It depends on the state. Some states issue new drivers a limited license until 18 or 21 which limits the number and ages of passengers allowed, as well as the times of day during which the driver may drive. Check the driver's handbook in the state where you license is issued for the complete rules.
If you have an unrestricted license, you can drive with anyone who isn't afraid to ride with you. If it's a learner's permit and one of the friends is a licensed adult, that should be OK, too (he's "instructing" you). Some states have a restricted license that is only valid for driving to and from school or work, and depending on state laws, you may not be allowed to have any passengers.
Any kid who just got their license should definitely spend a lot of time in the car alone before ever having friends to distract them. Most accidents including young, inexperienced drivers are caused by distractions in the car. i.e. friends giggling saying "oooooh, look at that over there!!!!", or messing with the stereo, or just trying to show off to their friends.
In California, the first year of a Provisional (teenager's) license forbids driving with friends or after 11PM unless accompanied by a California-licensed driver over the age of 25.
According to most of the Subaru commercials on television, the target market for Subaru is the teenager who has just gotten his/her license. Their commercials often feature teenagers learning how to drive.
you don't need a special license to drive an RV just a regular drivers license
You just need a regular drivers license to drive an RV Class A in Virginia.
I just saw him drive so apparently yes. It would be stupid to drive without a license on TV.

You can buy it, you just can't drive it on the road.
In most cases, you just need a license from the local government. However, if the limo is big/long enough, it may require a CDL to drive.
Yes, IF they have a driver's license and not just a permit.
Tell them that you need to be there w/ her because she's eppileptic and needs you to drive her around. Either that, or get your license and drive yourself - Phil Therrien
