Woman and men a like have stretch marks because there body changes and grows and breasts and buttocks all grow bigger and the skin is like elastic, but it only stretches so far so when it stretches the marks are left behind

Body builders often experience stretchmarks on their shoulders and arms when they first begin to lift or when the bulk up. Pregnant women experience stretchmarks on their breasts, stomachs, and hips as a result of these areas expanding due to the pregnancy.
