If you like someone and he does like you but wants to be friends why does he never talk to you but walks near you and then freak and run away?

well to tell you the truth it sounds like this person is confused about the way she or he feels about you and that is a good sign ,most likeley if he or she is mature enough to handle their emotions he or she will come around and admit to you that they like you too. but if not you don't need to worry he or she wouldn't have been good enough for you anyway, keep your head up and smile mr or mrs right will come along when you least expect it.
