Depends on how big a breakfast, how active and how much you currently weigh. I typically lose between 1 and 2 pounds while I'm sleeping every night, though it is mostly water weight. The first week of a diet will usually yield something in the neighborhood of 5 pounds, but it really depends on gender and weight.
