If you put petroleum jelly on your eyelashes will it make them longer and fuller?

It will probably just make them sticky. Instead, put a coat of clear mascara (and let it dry for about 30 seconds) on before you put the regular coat on but, if you want them to stand out you could do it. It wont make it longer though.
