Asuming that you are a basicaly heathy person Yes Yes but if you are serious about becoming a faster runner and increasing your distance you should check out the internet to find some suitable work out programs - over running can also damage your muscles.

With the high calorie foodstuffs that we have available oh so easy today, all attempts at weight loss pretty much has to start with controlling your diet.

Unless you have your intake under control, it's really, really hard to exercise enough to compensate for overeating.

One single cupcake over your "allowance" can take a full hour of dedicated workout to use up.

Running every day will put quite a strain on your body, it's not something that you can pick up right away.

If you want to run long enough for it to really help with weight loss you'd need to lead up to it slowly. If you're starting from scratch, expect to spend a few months to build up first to where you can run 45-60 minutes every 3rd-4th day, then every 2nd-3rd, then ever 2nd, then each day.

Yes, this is fine, though you should let your body tell you what is good. I wouldn't do it anymore than 7 or 1 days in a row. If you can do that without a sore lower body then that's great.

yes, but only if you're doing it to get somewhere(bus etc), a treadmill is a far better option if you can afford it since some strange people won't be looking at you through their windows
