If you use a hero emerges and the monster selected is winged kuriboh lvl 10 does the effect of a hero emerges force it on to the field?

If a monster has special summon requirements (can only be special summoned by, cannot be special summoned except by) then these are the only way the monster can initially reach the field. This cannot be overridden, if the monsters are hit by A Hero Emerges, they can't be summoned by it.

Kuriboh's effect does not 'target' the attacking monster. It can therefore be used against the damage dealt by Obelisk the Tormentor, reducing it to 0.

Yes. The 'cannot change battle position' limitation is only for manual changes such as flip summons or putting a monster into attack mode. The monster's position can still freely be changed by effects.

It is either a monster that can function as an Equip card through its own effect, such as Union monsters, or, it is a monster forcibly equipped by another card's effect such as Relinquished's ignition effect.
