In general, if one effect tells you to do something, and another effect says you cannot do that thing, the can't effect will win out.
So if a monster says it must attack, it doesn't win out over an effect which says it can't attack. If a monster can attack all of the opponent's monsters, this does not override the effect which makes one of them unable to be selected as an attack target.
Yes the ultimate tyranno must attack all the opponents monster considered legal targets. This will consume all the monsters attack power for that turn so the attack cannot be directed to the player's life in the same turn.
XYZ material monsters no longer count as being monsters on the field, any equip cards will fall off, they will go to the graveyard. Ekibyo Drakmord can only return to hand when it destroys the monster it equips. In this case it will simply go to the graveyard and can't return, it went there as its equip target became an invalid one.
Nothing. You have to wait until swords of revealing light is sent to the graveyeard
The priority will always go to the monster that was Summoned first and has remained on the field. Therefore, the monster that was Summoned first will remain unaffected and the monster that was Summoned second will have its effect negated along with the other monsters on that side of the field. This ruling is similar to the Jinzo vs. Skill Drain debate. Whichever card was active first, has priority over the other. For confirmation on this ruling, click on the "Related Link" below and look at "Skill Drain" under the "Mentions in other Rulings" of the "TCG Rulings" section.

Yes you can, Soul Exchange simply offers a monster on your opponents side of the field as a tribute, as well as any others you may control.
Of course not. You cannot declare an attack on the opponent's lifepoints if they have a monster, unless one of your monsters has an effect that allows it to attack directly. You'll just have to deal with their monster using Spells or Traps, a monster effect, or by boosting the ATK of one of your monsters.
they come for you
It just laughs.
If you do not feed or visit your monster on Moshi Monsters, its health will go down and it will become sad and eventually will become ill.
Assuming the defending monster is also in attack position, both monsters will be destroyed.
Once you have selected your monster's type, colour, name, etc, you cannot change it. However, members can colour their monster a different colour at Colourama at the Port.
shield & sword though changes opponents as well

Yes, you can activate Torrential Tribute whenever a monster is summoned. Here's a hint you can also activate on your turn to destroy your opponents monsters.
