In general, the sun will actually do the opposite, making more pimples appear or at least making existing ones more pronounced. ∙ 13y agoI'm pretty sure that its a lot better to get oil free sunscreen if you have a tendency to get pimples but I'm also not a Skin Care specialist so you can try it and it SHOULD work but I can't be to sure... hope this helped :)
