The answer depends on a number of factors such as how active you are, you metabolism. etc. Since you are 168 at 5'4" lets assume you are relatively inactive.
To calculate the weight lossover a week, multiply your body weight by 15 (20 if you are quite active) 168 x 15 = 2520. This is the amount of calories you need per day to maintain your weight. Multiply this by 7 days or 2520 * 7 = 17640 calories. Divide this number by 3500( the number of calories in a pound . 17640/3500= 5.04. Therefore you should lose about 5 pounds in a week. You will lose more than if you weigh yourself but the additional loss will be mostly water, and will be gained right back.

the most important part about losing weight is to keep youre self healthy. just eat your fruit and veg drink at least 2 litres of water aday and allow youre self to have the ocasional treat but dont go over the top. you have to be determand to lose weight you can only do it for youre self .

If you are fairly weak and weigh from 70-90 pounds your fine don't lose weight, if you weight less lose weight. Most weight loss programs Actually help you, however if youre not perseverant, then no weight loss program will help you. Insanity is wonderful, although it is a bit hard to stick to. Just be determined and dont lose faith or hope!
