Well, since she's your best friend, you should be seeing her again. And I would. Its good to be honest with her and tell you that you like her; it makes you feel less guilty about lying to her about not liking her (you're not technically lying, but you're not being honest by hiding it). You should end up seeing her again after that, so I think its a good idea that you do that.
And not to scold you or anything, but you're not in love; Love is when the person loves you back-that's what love is, not just a crush
