If your duckling have yellow mucus coming out of its eyes. Well i don't really know if it's mucus or not. What's wrong with it?

It sounds like an eye infection. Make sure your duck first of all has access to clean water deep enough to get its whole head submerged. Determine how bad the eye infection is. For minor eye infections or irritations, the use of a saline solution (the kind used for contact lenses) a couple times a day should be enough. If the eye is truly infected, or the previous step doesn't seem to help, resort to an antibiotic eye ointment. Applying eye ointment can be a little tricky at first. Or, the case might be that the duckling was probably just born. Ducklings are sometimes like people because most people when they are born, they get this yellow stuff in their eyes.
