The first question is what do you mean going out? If going out is hanging with each other in the company of your peers in a public place like a movie, then yes. If it is a date by with you and her by yourselves then no. Ok, I know what you are thinking, stupid adults don't understand real love. At your age what you need to understand is that you should not be grounding yourself with one person, younger or older. It's ok to have feelings about the girl but you don't have the experience a few years will give you to know how to handle a relationship. By the way your parents should drive you there and back!
