It sounds like there are some issues that need to be resolved. Perhaps the two of you could go someplace to talk about what is wrong. It may not be possible to resolve your conflicts, but at least if you know what they are you could both accept that you won't be able to get back together. On the other hand there is always the possibility that once you identify the issues you might be able to fix them. That's what marriage counselors do. They can't always fix it, but they at least help you identify the issues.
Answer 2: Could he be confused or cheating? Apparently your husband is not fully committed to your marriage. Is he trying to have his cake and eat it too, knowing he can come around when he feels like it and you will be there and let him. Your husband is not showing you the proper marital respect at all. It' time you sat down and had a frank, open discussion. Remind your husband he made a marriage vow to you. Reminding him of this may go a long way in him seeing the need to resolve any problems you have. In God's eyes marriage is sacred. I assume you mean "not legally separated/divorced yet". Sleeping around is not against the law. In general, unless the "sleeping around" is the problem that caused divorce, it isn't even grounds for divorce.
