1. Try a live enzyme poultice for 24 hours. 2. Apply a small amount of bleach and peroxide. Scrub and rinse. 3. Scrub area with a diluted degeaser and rinse. 4. Seal after 24 hours with an impregnating sealer.
It actually doesn't clean grout. Not unless you're feeding your cat ammonia or bleach, which is not only poisonous but also cruel. The smell of the urine will be deep-rooted into the grout and will encourage the cat (and other animals) to empty their bladders in that spot. Unless you clean it up properly. Cat urine stains grout and makes it smell, which is inviting to do it again. Cat urine does not clean anything, it is full of bacteria. If your "cat" does clean grout, get it to a zoologist immediately, it's probably an alien. Or, maybe someone washed the floor while you were asking these kind of questions?
well how would you get a urine stain on the couch anyway oh yeah you clean it that's how you get rid of it clean it :):)

Urine contains acid which as etched the surface - this is not a stain but damage to the surface. There are products which, if the damage is minimal, will bring back the shine. Search internet for etch removal.
Cat urine can stain clothing and smell bad, some people can actually be allergic to cat urine. Cat urine will not make you blind.
I've used this product a few times and it seems to work for me. I have found that it works better when the urine stain is wet, opposed to when the urine is dried and has been in the carpet for over a day. It will remove the smell of dry stains, but not the stain itself.
