You actually cant get rid of that hard ball because its just a part of your skin from the inside growing back from the pressure you had on it so its going to grow back normally don't worry unless its painful then theres no need to go see a doctor its just like getting your lip pierced i had mine done 2 months ago and theres only a bit of the ball left ( i let it close up) i hope this helped even if its late and you probably never even check your acccuont
