Wage garnishment laws and procedures vary by state. Wage garnishment is usually not a one time thing. A wage garnishment order will usually last a specified time or until the judgment is paid in full, whichever comes first. Unless the garnishment is for child support or spousal support, the most they can garnish is 25% of your net pay and you can only have one garnishment going on at a time. A little further information, wage garnishment for creditor debt is not allowed in North Carolina, Texas or Pennsylvania. It is not strictly prohibited by the laws of Florida and South Carolina, however the requirements make it very difficult for a creditor to garnish the wages of the head of household. Wage garnishments cannot run concurrently, this does not mean that it is not possible for a different creditor to levy the debtor's bank account or take other action if they have a valid judgment.
Not until they have gone to court and won a lawsuit or judgment again you.
if you have already refied your home you can't do it again. make sure the first loan is paid off and then do it again.
tell 'em and dont pay again
No!! except in cases of I believe child support, or money owed to the I.R.S. and stuff. But your average VISA, MASTERCARD, or J.C. PENNY charge account ? No they can't garnish you once you file chapter 7 or 11, or whatever. Of course if you open a new line of credit AFTER you file, then yeah, 'cause you cant file bankruptcy again for 7 years I believe it is. (But what idiot, would wind up back in bankruptcy so quickly ? filing is such a nightmare now, it makes you want to manage your spending much more carefully)
In the US, it depends on whether your loans are with DIRECT or FFELP. If you have FFELP loans, you are eligible to consolidate. If you have direct loans and have never consolidated before, then you are eligible. If you previously consolidated your FFELP loans, then you may be eligible to reconsolidate. If you previously consolidated your Direct loans, then you are not eligible to consolidate again. If you need help getting out of default, click on the link at the bottom of this text box.
Keep in mind that a creditor who has a judgment against you has the right to garnish your pay or checking account until the amount is satisfied. It is best to go to your local court clerk's office and file a motion to set payments.
If he already loved you then all you have to do is what u did before (ex: Dating) If he never loved you before...chances r very slim
It depends on who the garnisment order is against and how it is written. A joint account where only one person is the debtor can be garnished under certain circumstances. The difficulty in figuring out your situation, is not knowing where you reside. Each state legislates its own laws for garnishment of wages and bank accounts. If you live in a community property state, such as CA. and have a joint marital bank account, it can be garnished.
you cant unless you start all over again in when you encountered it again save it before you face it.
wait for a long time then try again (it helps to save before you "talk" to uxie, this way if you defeat it all you have to do is turn off your DS system and try again)
Look again, Your wife is now DIAMONDS!
You can try waiting for it to dry out before you turn it on again, but it is proably already shorted out and damaged or nonfunctional.

Well you can't find it again if you saved your game before battling it you can reset your game and try catching it again.
Not until they have gone to court and won a lawsuit or judgment again you.
If there is a garnishment that has been filed with the court, it is legal to have wages garnished up to 25% of the net amount. A savings account can also be attached but again, needs to go through a court of law.
no you should of saved before and if you beat him you would shut off and try again
