Your employer received a set of the garnishment papers just like you did. They may say something about "If you're head-of-household then they can only take ____ percent" or they may say that "either so much dollars can be taken but not over so much percent." Look at your papers and see what they say.
If you have lost your papers, go to the circuit clerk in your county and request a copy. They'll provide it for you at a reasonable cost. The court information is at the top of your garnishment papers. They had to be signed by a judge, or administrative hearings officer.

If you find the amount is incorrect--let your accounting officer or supervisor know.

When you signed the payday loan paperwork, one of the clauses probably said that they were allowed to garnish your wages. Your payroll department is going to know the law pretty well and wouldn't allow it to happen without proper authorization. There really is only one option and that is to pay off the loan.
They really do not have to notify you at all. The only notification at the end is the remaining balance that you owe once the vehicle has been auctioned off.
Can this individual be personable without being unprofessional?
It really depends on the employer and their educational requirement for that position. Each employer may have a different requirement.
An employer can enforce an arrest, but they should really inform Law Enforcement to arrest you.
It really depends on your workplace.
That would be the great lakes or the St.Lawrence river...notify me if this is correct I can't really notify you, but i was doing a cross word and the great lakes fit, so I'm 99.9% sure this is correct!
