You're probably scared and i know it's cliche to say this, BUT you won't know for sure until you go to a doctor...
Definitely go and see a doctor, or tell a parent, just tell someone. If you and your boyfriend are mature enough to have sex, you should be mature enough to talk about Birth Control (the contraceptive pill) and condoms, AND you should have at least spoken about what you are going to do if you get pregnant. I understand that accidents happen, but without further information about how it happened, why it happened and what has made you think you're pregnant, the only thing you can do is go and see a doctor. And as you're 16, you can ring up a doctor's surgery and make your own appointment. Just tell someone please.
