You and he may get into serious trouble with the law if you go ahead before you are both above the age of consent also so read up on this too.

No. In OK, at 17 you would need the permission of your parents also. most likely yes if a judge agrees to waiver the parental consent (since you are pregnant otherwise no you would need parental consent) plus you have his parents consent witch is a very good thing! your chances are higher
If he agrees to marry you.

Only if your parents press charges.... Yes. A parent doesn't need to press charges, DCFS or even an uninterested party can initiate a sex abuse charge.

Unless you live in a socially repressed country, any girl is able to choose whoever she likes as her boyfriend (provided he agrees, of course). There is no "can't" about it.
The way I see it there are two types of dating. Unofficial, and official. Unofficial is susceptible to change without notice. I recommend that you make sure it's official. Simply call him your boyfriend. If he agrees that makes it official. Or even just ask him!

Some people say jail instead of prison. If your boyfriend is in prison then you will have to discuss this with the Warden first. If he agrees then you can bring in a Priest, Minister or Justice of the Peace.
Well, he probably doesn't mean it. Did you do anything to make him mad? my suggestion is that yous should talk it threw and if he still agrees with what he says then you should end it.
It depends on the state they are in. In some states it would be a crime.

First of all, the biological parents have to give up their rights. If they don't wish to do so, it is probably not possible. If they are no longer living, or willing to sign away their parental rights, the adoption will probably be relatively easy, as long as the court agrees.
There are no homophones for the word agrees.
Agrees - Germany
If the parents are unfit or agree to you having them and the judge agrees to it. Grandparents have no automatic right to the grandchildren. If the parents are unfit and another relative also seeks custody they may have the same chance to get them. The judge would look at what would be most suitable for the child.
