Here's the rule of catering as to how much you will need per person:
7 ounces of cooked meat entree
4 ounces of each side dish up to 3
3 ounces of salad greens
1 4 ounce dessert serving
6-8 appetizer bites per person
16 oz of non-alcoholic beverage
2 oz of chips per person
1 oz of dip per person
Multiply the ounces times the number of guests and then divide by 16 to give you pounds of food and the beverage by 128 to give you the number of gallons of beverage you will need.
About 7 grams but it also depends on the recipe for cooking the CHICKEN.
Well, personally I think chicken has a much better texture and taste but for cooking with it all depends on how cooked and what spices are used.
depends on what you are cooking. if your cooking frozen or soewhat frozen chicken you dont want to heat it to much at all because it will make it tough and like rubber but if you are cooking frozen vegetables like boiling them,it doesnt matter just get them boiling. it sll depends on the food. just stay as close to the recipe as possible to avoid burning, over or undercooking. you kinda have to experament with the foos to know how much time you are deducting.

Stripping the fat from meats like chicken is best done before baking or cooking. Trim all the visible fat away with a knife before cooking or breading. Boiling chicken in water will also remove much of the fat.
if you're cooking a whole chicken, dont use foil or the skin wont crisp up. if you're cooking something like chicken catchatorie in a braising liquid, the foil with keep in the moisture. in short, if you want crispy chicken, dont cover it.
